Notes

Second batch. Had tighter temp, time, and sanitation controls. 90% fermentation occurred in first 48 hrs. Started with English Brown extract kit. Added 6oz LME Gold to increase gravity and ABV. Pitched 1tsp yeast @ 75 degrees.
