Notes

Pull oats at 150º Bring to 160º hold for 20min. Bring to 170º for Mash out.
Add DME and Falconers Pellet hops Bring to Boil for 60 minutes at 30 add Cascade.
At 15 add Irish Moss, rapid cool to 80ºish Measure/Pitch yeast.
Yeast is Dry SAF 05 hydrated at 20 min before Pitch
"Note- The recipe says boil of 2.5 gal, I rinse the grain bag without squeezing too much before started the DME and Boil with Hops
