Notes

Add in Fermentation:
Cinnamon, sticks 2 sticks
Clove, whole buds 4 buds
Nutmeg, ground 1/4 tsp
3 oz cacao nibs and Vanilla bean pod 2 pods Split, soak everything in vodka for a week.

Add after 1 week of fermentation and let sit for at least 1 more week before kegging.

If more spice needed, more can be added to keg.
