Beautifully bright and clear wort on transfer. 5-6 litres left in the bottom of the kettle as lots of protein debris at the bottom

Still bubbling at a few bubbles per second and very cloudy in the trial jar so expect lots of yeast is still in suspension.
Green beer already tastes good at this stage

green beer tasted good on Sample by Ben. Temperature dropped to 4oC for 3 days to drop out yeast

1x corny and 1x keg (45 lts of 50lt capacity) packaged, transferred under CO2, very clear on transfer to the kegs. Set at 18psi at 4oC
