Notes

Mash at 150 for 45 minutes then slowly add 2 gallons of boiling water to step it up to 170. Hold at 170 for 15 minutes. Add 1 tables spoon on 5.2 PH Stabilizer when mash temp reaches a PH of 5.2-5.4.
