Og 1040


Steeped 200g carpilis in 3 litres of 70deg water 10 minutes added 25 g galaxy boiled 10 minutes then added it to tbe fermentor with 1kg light dry malt, 200 g of white suger and the coopers can mixed well topped up to 23l with cold water pithed yeast on top. Put into fermenter fridge at 18deg with glad wrap on top.
