Notes

Dates sliced, boiled and treated with Campden tablets.
Add with honey to fermentor before wort taken from kettle

Slice dried figs and sanitize in enough dark rum to cover. Leave for minimum of 24 hours. Add to secondary, then rack beer from primary on top. Let sit for a minimum of 4 weeks.
