MASH:
infusion 60 minutes @65C, laisser de l'espace pour un sparge qui montera la temperature a 75C. Volumes a calculer. J'ai mis une efficacité de pauvre (60%) vu que c'est souvent ce qui arrive avec nos bières fortes

BOIL:
dissoudre les 2 hop shop dans un peu de vodka, ajouter en first wort hop. boil de 75 minutes totale. on utilisera le panier a houblon pour l'addition de citra @10 minutes et le whirlpool @75C.

LEVURES:
Gros starter de levure d'IPA standard. Mais j'ajoute a ca juste un peu de levure weizen seche. C'est supposé être magique! 1/4 de sachet dans chaque fermenteur

DRY HOPS
Un petit en début de fermentation active, genre 2e jour de fermentation. galaxy et un peu huell melon

Deuxieme gros dry hop 3 jours avant de keg/embouteiller. principalement du citra et un peu de galaxy
