5 gallons made. 7 lbs sugar used into 8 cups water. 4 gallons water added (along with lemon juice) to make 5 gallons. Did not measure OG, but it should be right at 1.070.
Fermenter set at 73 for 1 day so that the preservatives will get out. Will pitch yeast later on the second day. |
