Lost a lot of volume in hop absorption but Tilt indicated the OG was 1.068. Added ~1 Qt of water to bring the OG down to 1.063.
Aerated with the Persian Shake x2, pitched yeast, and set fermentor at 80F. |

Added dry hop #1 about 24 hrs after pitching. 0.5 oz of each hop. Gravity is 1.036z which is ~60% of the way through the ferment. |
