Mash went a little high to 153.5 to start off, then fell to around 150.
Accidently used German pilsner instead of regular 2-row.

Low efficiency probably due to the crush (it was a pretty large crush for BIAB). I either got 5.5 or 5.75 gallons.
I accidentally added twice the amount of magnum hops (1 oz instead of 0.5 oz). IBU will be double (around 50 IBU) - Will be more like an American Stout or Irish Extra Stout |

5 gallons into keg (.5 was unfortunately left - could have had a higher gravity as was suspected). Taste is very good. Can definitely taste the over hopping (but is still very good). |

Extremely good taste. Added hops do well in blending with the roasted barley. Little to no noticeable yeast character, which is good. |
