Notes

Pitch lacto first, wait a day or so for decent activity then pitch the ale yeast. Ferment for 3 to 7 days at a temperature around 75°F. Once it's fermented out, add the cranberries. Wrap the carboy in a blanket and place it on a heating pad, keeping the temp as close to 98°F as possible for 2 months. Once it's sour enough add the cinnamon sticks for 2 weeks, then bottle.
