Fermentation stuck after one week. Bad batch of brett, maybe. Vial was very near expiration date. But yeast starter looked normal.
Repitched yeast. After one day, krausen formed and there's bubbling in the airlock. |

Tastes very much like a brett beer. Gonna let it drop more - maybe warm it up a bit to help the brett finish. |
