pH at 3-ish? Sample was sour. Gravity dropped from 1.06 to 1.054
Boiled for 60 mins. Added 2 oz grated ginger @ 20 mins and 5# cranberries @ KO. Cooled and pitched Imperial dry hop yeast. |

nice level of tartness. ginger is prominent. cranberry less so. maybe with more time. no rush to bottle. |
