Notes

The actual grain bill is a mix of American 2-row base malts. I play around with the mixture, but this most recent batch is a mix of 6lbs Rahr American 2-row, 3 lbs of Solstice malt from Utah, and 2 lbs Great Western Washington Select. The Solstice malt is high protein, so a protein rest might be required depending on whether or not this variety is used and in what quantity.
