Temp check: 20 min - 66C
40min - 66C up front and 64-65 at the back. Turned oven up a bit.
90min - 64C at the back and 65C up front
SG @ 20min = 1.025
SG @ 60min = 1.041
SG @ 90min = 1.049 |
