- @ 1.079 @ 57.5 F raw, did not use offset, this number could vary wildly because of how hard it is to mix honey and cold water. So who knows, maybe a calculator can figure out actual gravity. Or this is the actual gravity.
- Hydrated 2 packets of lalvin ec-1118 yeast with 1/4 tsp yeast nutrient and 1/4 tsp other yeast thing (can't remember, its in the notes).
- Added ~0.75 gal to bottom fermentor, poured in half a bottle of honey (2.5 lb) then added water to bottle to mix and then poured that. Repeated the process with the other two jugs. Finally topped up to 6 gal.
- pitched warm yeast in semi-cold mixture. |

- added 1/4 tsp of both yeast nutrients
- fermentation was starting to bubble, but only if shook. |
