Notes

Sierra Nevada calls for Imperial A24 Dry Hop yeast, but not available in Brewer's Friend. Substitute A07, 1056, or WLP001 as suitable substitutes.

Their website also calls for Chinook bittering hops, so I split it with the centennial bittering hop addition.

This is scaled up from 5 gal to 11 gal
