moved to secondary and dry hopped with the three ounces specified in the recipe. First taste is amazing. Lots of chocolate and grain complexities that follow by a lingering bitterness that tantalizes your bitter taste buds lingering untill the next drink. | |||

This beer is very delicous. It may be the best Black IPA I have ever tasted. Do I dare say that? I drank almost two glasses of it while bottling because even warm and flat it tastes so good I couldn't help my self. After the 7 day dry hop the beer has a nose that makes me want to sniff it instead of drink it. Perfect! |
