Notes

Going to try reiterated mash. 1st mash, 8 lbs grain, 3 gallons.
Rinse mash in 2 gallons of water in separate pot.
2nd mash, 9.35 lbs grain, 4.5 gallons. Rinse mash in 1.5 gallons water. Boiled for 90 minutes to get the volume down.
