Notes

Really nice beer. Came out more of a chestnut brown/maroon hue than the colour here - hops come through really well and stop you tasting the maltyness so much. Improves lots after only a couple of weeks in the bottle. Gutted forgot hop schedule and didn't write down but was target at the start, fuggles <cascade middle then loads of cascade on the end and dry hop. well worth trying again.
