Notes

this beer was made from the dregs of many many american sour ales from the cohesion sour dregs party. Left sit in forrest basement , after 2 months, checked sourness, some small levels of sourness started, including signs of a pedio pellicle, good news. I added a started of wlp 667 lacto delbrucki and wlp661 pedio daminicous
