Made a 1 L starter with lacto(24 hours ahead) No stir plate. Pitched lacto and held at 88-90 degrees for about 30 hours to 3.3 ph. Pitched 3 tbsp of harvested Voss. |

- 1# frozen cranberries, 10 oz dried cherries
Holiday Mule
- 1# frozen cranberries, 1 zested lime, 1/2 squeezed lime, 1.5 oz grated ginger
Cran/Orange
- 1# frozen cranberries, .75 oz orange zest.
1 gallon Untouched for blending.
2 left in fermenter to be fruited soon.

Cran/cherry: little strong on the cherry. Blended a few small bottles with plain.
Cran/orange: very good
Cran/ginger/lime: really nice and extra tart
Blackberry: berries were no good. Freezer burnt. Dumped.
Plain: looked like a little brett infection but bottled anyway. |
