Para la brewmeister se lavo con 18 lts aprox.
Agua del macerado 3 cucharadas y media de acido citrico. En el mash se bajo a 5.4.Al agua del lavado se le agrego 1 cucharada cargada de acido citrico.
Se enfrio por contracorriente 40 mins. 24-25°C
Inovulo 3 sobres fermentis s05 (activada)
Purga de levadura diaria. Al quinto dia de fermentacion se realiza dry hop.
