Notes

I basically stole this from the Maltose Falcons by combining two of their recipes (I invert the Candi Sugar myself from Aussie raw sugar.) They didn't like the Belle Saison Yeast, but I have heard good things about it when used at higher and varying temperatures - a technique that certainly worked on my previous Saison.
It will finish a little lower in SG and higher in ABV as BF doesn't understand the effects of large pitches and high temperatures - I also find that I tend to undershoot my mash temp which adds to conversion and less body.
