Notes

First all grain batch with Dan and John, using the RIMS system. Target brew date 11/8/18, yeast pitch 11/8/18 and rack to secondary 11/29/18. Possible splits and adjuncts TBD.

Actual OG for RIS-1 was 1.103 and primary fermentation volume was 10 gallons for RIS-1 and 1.5 gallons for RIS-1a.
