Smacked pack of 1214 at ~10pm (17-Jan). Pack didn't really swell, maybe slightly but that's probably just wishful thinking. Poured in yeast ~6am. One side of nutrient pack was busted while the other side still had nutrient in it. Would leak out if you squeezed the bag. Very unsure about the viability of the yeast... |

Not enough carbonation. put back up to ~38 psi for another 12 hours. Swirled a couple times. |
