Notes

mash for one hour

originally was supposed to be a robust porter but turned into a more easy drinking ruby ale.

needs a good month or two to mature out and let the flavours mellow. fairly malty on the nose but eases into an interesting spicy flavour

not a particularly special drink but one you can keep coming back to when you want a simple night.

a definite rebrew
