Mash water was 158 in pot, then dropped to 148 in mash tun. Added 1 200degrees pour of the water heater to the mash to try and bring it up to 154 area- 1st attempt brought it to 150, going to add a second

been fermenting at 68 degrees
added 1/4 cup Galaxy & 1/2 Mosaic Cryo at 8:30pm sunday night and noticed high krausen. added after the blowoff stage was over -- put hops in muslin sackand dipped in( fingers touched the wort, but i had washed hands prior).
