Notes

Soften water

Bring H2O to 123 - Add grains
Bring to 143 - Hold for 10 min
Bring to 152 - Hold for 60 min
Bring to 168 - Hold for 10 min
Pull Grains - Add .5 Warrior hops
Bring up to boil and go for 60 minutes
Heat off Whirlpool
At 200 of Flame Out add 1oz Pearle+ 1oz Tettnanger
At 170 Hold Temp for 10 minand add 2oz Pearle+1oz Tettnanger

  • Pitch yeast at 70 and cool to 52
  • Ferment at 52 deg
  • Re-rack and keep at 52 deg
  • Close to or at F.G. conduct Dycetyl rest
    Slowly bring up to 67 deg over 3+ days. Hold for 48-60 hours.
  • Slow crash to 32 deg
  • Keep at 35 deg for at least 30 days.

    11/19/18 started crash
    12/15/18 Kegged and tasted. Seemed very light on hops so I dry hopped with Warrior and Perle
