Notes

First attempt at a New Glarus Spotted Cow type Ale.

UPDATE: Turned out pretty good. It certainly reminds one of Spotted Cow. This beer needs to age at least a month. I hurried to try this beer and was sorely disappointed, but a month later...yum.
