Chilled to 64 with immersion chiller, then put into chamber and cooled to 48. Pushed 90 seconds of oxygen into wort. Decanted chilled starter, shook to mix slurry and pitched. |

Fermentation took off nicely after about 30 hours at 51 degrees. About 1/2 inch of kraeusen had developed. |

Dry hopped with 1 oz Loral and .5 oz Saphir. Temp at 62. Will allow to sit for 3 days and then begin cold crash about 5 degrees per day until it reaches 35. |
