Used 170F water to heat tun for 10 minutes, than emptied, than came back with 170F to dough in. The temp started at 152F, and as time went it on, the temp actually raised to 155F.
Will Mash out by pumping in 200F water 2 gallons, into mash tun and circulate for 15 minutes. |

Dropped two quarts of trub. Added 1 cup of cocco nibs. The cocco nibs have been soaking in vodka the past 24 hours |

let is sit longer in 2nd ferm to get more of the cocco nibs, it's chocolaty, but not crazy. |
