5 gallons no secondary
5 gallons dry hopped with 6 oz Fuggles
Tim felt non-dryhopped version was too gingery, however, dry hopping seemed to offset the ginger in a good way - either cut ginger down, or dry hop entire batch.
Also, Tim wants to consider chocolate addition
