First brew:
OG 1.061
DME added at 15min - watch for clumping and boil-over

Dry hopped for 8 days (oops), finished at 1.011. Crashed for 3 days and kegged. Force carbed at 26psi for 200s, good but could have gone more.

53 IBUs brought quite a kick. Could probably go to 45.
