I think this is the day I bumped it up to 20C. Krausen had gone down to ~0.5 in again. |

Transferred with NB pump. Put into 3 gallon keg (Earl Grey Cider previously, PBWed and StarSanned) on Line III. Purged 5 or 6 times at 30 psi, then left on 30 psi for 24-30 hours. |

Beer was pretty good. Not quite as smooth or full as Guinness, but still still good. Ended up letting the keg go with as little pressure as possible and pouring from a distance to knock CO2 out. |
