Dry hopping seems to have added a little more bitterness than I would have thought from 2 oz of hops, but recipe calculates IBUs greater than 60. | |||

This has gotten so much better with some more bottle conditioning. Tropical fruits, pineapple and a dash of wine flavor. Definitely a keeper in my rotation. |
