I added yeast at 80 to 85. My chiller was messing up. Put in fridge with temp set to 65.

Dry hopping seems to have added a little more bitterness than I would have thought from 2 oz of hops, but recipe calculates IBUs greater than 60.

This has gotten so much better with some more bottle conditioning. Tropical fruits, pineapple and a dash of wine flavor. Definitely a keeper in my rotation.
