But I changed enough ingredients & yeast that I am tracking in a new recipe.

Yeast is a mixture - one pouch of Imperial B56 Rustic. One package dry Danstar Belle Saison. Start fermentation without temp control - will be cool in garage (sub 70), then add temp control after ~2 days and ramp up to 78 degrees.
