5 Cans of 800ml Ed smith pumpkin purree
Roasted for 1.25 hrs until deeply carmelized at 400F
Pumpkin added at mash with grains within it's own mesh bag. Once mash is complete, mesh bag of pumpkin is kept in the water until a boil is achieved.
