WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

Frozen blackberries will work fine and are usually going to be cheaper than buying fresh. Use 5-10lbs depending on how strong of a blackberry flavor you want. Thaw in the fridge overnight, then puree blackberries with a bit of vodka to sterilize. Add in secondary for a few days. Use a muslin bag to contain the blackberries, or transferring later is going to suck.
