1.Värm upp 13 liter vatten till 78 grader. Under tiden detta värms upp så häll lite varmvatten från kranen i kylväskan så den inte är kall.

  1. Häll ur vattnet från kylväskan. Blanda det varma vattnet med malten i kylväskan och uppnå 68 grader. Spara någon liter så att man kan korrigera värmen.
    När temperaturen är nådd sätt över locket och låt den stå i 60 minuter.

  2. Värm upp ca 20 liter lakvatten till 70 grader under tiden mäsken vilar.
