Notes

First recipe made in an attempt to cut brew day down by 30 minutes. Plan to mash for only 30 minutes. Also going to take the water profile and yeast for an NEIPA.

First dry hop charge to be added once fermentation is completed. Next dry hop charge will be added at kegging.
