Got beer to boiling then just left it to cool down so was pasteurised.
Added 3ml Lactic Acid @40C to go from pH = 5.5 .
Added 12g Yakult (more than nec)
Put in oven and to cool then will reheat tomorrow and leave for 36hrs total |

Set temp control @ 18C
