little concerned about the yeast, it was born on 4/12/2019, really old. Was going to skip the starter, but had to with such old yeast. |

used an ice bath for cooling, Also, wanted to decant the yeast starter, but it needs to sit in the fridge overnight, two hours was not enough

dropped 3 pints of trub, switched out the blow off valve for a pressure manifold. Dropped on the coco nibs, had them soaking in vodka for 24 hours. Not much taste has a lot of still to do |
