Pitched yeast at 75F and moved to basement, with scotch-soaked oak chips, 68F. Scotch is McClelland's Islay. OG 1.048.

Finished product is excellent. Bottled 9/19, FG right around 1.010, adjusted the attenuation above accordingly.
