2. Wyeast 2124
Primary Fermentation. 3 weeks. Gradual increase from 50 - 55F.

Transfer to 2ndary.
Quite sweet with mild but persistent hop bitterness. Seems to be on schedule for hitting final gravity. Definitely alcoholic; With conditioning, this should make it less like wine. |

Smooth and alcoholic. Warming all the way down. Drinkable now. Does not have a barley wine acidity. |

Better than expected. Rich and full bodied. Great caramel-malt aroma. I will have to stop drinking them so fast. I will run out. |
