Brygget 23.9.18. Glemte whirlfloc.
Gjær pitchet rett fra magnetrører som holdt 24 grader. Pitchet på samme temperatur. Begge 25 liter kar satt direkte i gjærskap på 19 grader. Etter 6 timer er det aktivitet i begge gjærlåsene.

2 chipotle chile knust for hånd og kokt i 1 liter vann 10 minutt. Kjølt ned og tilsatt gjærkar etter 1 ukes gjæring.

Mindre roasted barley ville gitt bedre farge.
