Notes

Purchased the Chinook IPA Kit from NB. 3 ounces of hops ain't gonna cut it. Brought the total up to 10 ounces. Realized the grain bill was a bit light for all those hops so I spiked it with 2 lbs of Briess Golden Light DME.
