Notes

Cold brew concentrate: 4 oz beans (coarse grind) with 20 ounces boiled and cooled water (1:5 ratio of beans [oz] to water [fl oz]); steep for 12-24 hours; add to bottling bucket; rack beer to ensure proper mixing.

***Pull samples (100mL), add differing amounts (1mL, 3mL, 5mL) of concentrate until desired flavor is reached. Scale up with the rest.

I want to try the stout as a base stout without coffee, so about half of the bottles will be dosed with coffee, while the remaining half will be the stout on its own
