Made multiple yeast starters. To wake up the yeast and them expand to many litres to give a large cell count. 2 litres is chilled in the fridge and decanted. A large starter made after this was not ready to be decanted entirely. |

Copper orange color. Sweet floral nose. Nice dry finish but some moutfeel.
Currently hot solvent notes on the taste. Rounded but strong bitterness. Not overwhelming though. Some malty backbone hidden in there. Needs to mature more. |

Packaged in one keg. Keg purged of water to make it full of c02. Did not use a closed pressure transfer. Added 100g of cryo simcoe hops into keg. Hops are in stockings to filter out the fine particles. |
